Capital Segway Tours delivers a fun way for you to see a LOT of DC sights, and hear some interesting history facts with a few funny jokes. Evan was our tour guide and he trained each person on proper use of the Segway and made sure that the group was safe. Evan was knowledgeable and funny, sharing a lot of tourist tips and taking photos of the group at many of the stops. It was easy to ride the Segway and the whole trip was fun. I used to think that Segway tours looked kind of dorky but now realize that it saves a lot of time, sweat and effort to see the sights. BEST of all, there are no waiting lines and no overcrowded buses. On a hot, humid summer day in DC, that’s a huge bonus! Wear sunscreen, wear supportive shoes and bring water. You will love being on a Capital Segway Tour with Evan - I’d do it all over again the next time I visit.

As an avid traveler, I've seen many cities, but viewing the nation's capital on a Segway was truly unforgettable and provided an exciting and thrilling experience. The Segways were powerful yet easy to maneuver, and extensive instruction was provided on how to use them safely and properly. The entire experience was top-notch with friendly tour guides who also reiterated the instructions and made sure that everyone was comfortable and confident enough to ride the Segway before we began the tour. Ryan and Evan together were amazing! They make you giggle the entire time, so fun and bubbly. This experience was the highlight of my trip to DC. The Segways themselves were fun and easy to maneuver, and allowed us to cover more ground than we would have on foot in the same amount of time. We were able to see some of Washington DC's most famous landmarks, such as the Lincoln Memorial and the White House, while also exploring some lesser-known hidden gems along the way. I particularly loved the beautiful views we got of the city during the tour, from the stunning cherry blossom trees in bloom lining the waterside to the impressive monuments and buildings. The view along the Potomac was breathtaking, with the Jefferson Memorial standing tall in the distance. Our tour guide shared historical facts and pointed out interesting details about each of these iconic landmarks. We were all given devices with headphones; hearing them while in motion was a breeze. Throughout the tour, our guides gave us insider information about the city and its history. Each stop provided an opportunity for us to ask questions and take photos, and the guide made sure that everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. I particularly enjoyed the Segway tour because I felt like I was able to see much more of the city that I would not have been able to see easily on foot. Overall, the Capital Segway Tours experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and adventurous way to experience Washington, DC.

My favorite part of being in DC! My boyfriend and I had so much fun. Evan and Nolan were great at teaching us how to ride the segways. This was our very first time and we loved it so much we wanna do it again! Also I’m super short and they were able to adjust it to my height. They made sure you are very comfortable before heading out. The tour was so much fun. It wasn’t just them talking and boring you to death. They were very personable and funny. Most importantly, once outside they made sure you were safe as there are so many other cars and pedestrians. They also give your great recommendations to do around the city.
